Everything about this hotel was wonderful! The lobby is very welcoming and has many seating options and outlets that enable groups and/or individuals to work during the day as needed. The cleaning staff are very thorough keeping the lobby mopped and cleaned (in addition to the halls and rooms). The rooms are large and well appointed. The swivel TV is a nice touch and internet options are available on the TV. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked great. The location is close to many restaurants. Special shout out to Abby who was always friendly and helpful!

Always a great place to stay. Large rooms, clean, and in the center of town without being "downtown" Noteworthy details: Plenty of room and a nice desk for working remotely.

This Residence Inn has wonderful staff from the desk to housekeeping. It's in a prime location for a long stay with multiple shopping and restaurant options within walking distance. We stayed for 4 days in a mobility accessible king one bedroom suite (rm 101). Wheelchair accessibility was kind of hit or miss. The living area was large and fully accessible with a comfortable couch, remote control window treatments, dining area with no footplate obstruction, and very large desk. The kitchen had a roll under sink and roll under stove- tho I wouldn't roll under the stove as the electrical conduit was not properly tucked. My knees would be touching it- YIKES! The bedroom was interesting. I couldn't turn around. If my chair had been any bigger, I wouldn't have even been able to get to around the bedroom at all - which means not getting to the bathroom!! My chair only has a 14" wide seat. A standard wheelchair has an 18" seat. That's concerning. Also, in order to get to the side of the bed, I had to close the bedroom door. In order to get to the bathroom, I had to either close the bedroom door, then open the bathroom door or create a weird triangle door block in and back myself into the bathroom. The bed was so high! Transferring from a wheelchair to a high bed is hard. So you go straight to get in the room and wheel backwards to get out. Sleep in a very hard bed. It is quiet tho. I had to pop a wheelie to get into the bathroom as the threshold jammed my casters - 1" threshold- why?? There was even a weird threshold from the kitchen to the living area but at least it was sorta roll over. Bumpy on the spine but didn't have to wheely. The bathroom was large and set up properly for a wheelchair. Easy to get around, roll under sink tho it's quite high it was very usable. The shower curtain was so short that of course water went everywhere. I was lucky that my husband was there to remove my wheelchair after I transferred to the bench or it would have been drenched. The floor sure was. As it was they just had an old calcium crusted low flow handheld stuck poorly to the wall. It wasn't height adjustable so showers were not great. The soap and shampoo were behind me so they weren't reachable unless I could do an acrobatic twist. I luckily had my own. No towel rack but there was a very dusty window sill that we cleaned off and used. The hallways have thick carpet pads so they're like wheeling through quicksand. My shoulders are still aching. Breakfast food choices were excellent. Coffee and fruit juice were not. They were both watered down which was disappointing. All in all despite the lovely staff, I don't recommend this hotel to wheelers. While we made it work- it was too much work to make it work and those in a wheelchair may run into situations where there unable to use the bedroom, bathroom or other necessary portions of the room. Safety: This hotel and the area it's located in are very safe. Crime in this area is low and even nighttime walking (use a buddy as a rule wherever you are) is safe.
