Hampton Inn Minneapolis/Eagan

Nice place to stay. We did the park sleep fly. Which I highly recommend.front desk Service was great. Walking distance to places to eat. Has a pool. Reminders of your ride to airport almost constant. Which the calls n texts are nice but not hours prior to. It wakes u up at night with calls or texts. Nice they sent an uber due to the shuttle driver calling in sick. Rooms: Nice n clean Nearby activities: Gas station n local area to eat n have drinks Walkability: Less than 50 feet Food & drinks: Good food

Dog friendly, clean room, great staff. We didnt eat here, but it looked like typical hot breakfast items.

In January 2024 we stayed and did the "Park, Stay, & Go" plan, parking was easy, front desk woman was great, room was on the small side but no complaints, and transportation was great. In February 2024 we stayed and did the same "Park, Stay, & Go" plan again however this time there were no parking spots available, the gentlemen that "welcomed??" us was the assistant manager but was a real jerk to my wife and acted like we were inconveniencing him. Told him there weren't any parking spots available in the parking lot and we were told to park down the street at another business and then walk back to the hotel or we could wait for a shuttle coming back later and hopefully a spot would open up...interesting. We then advised that we were needing to be on the 5:00 AM shuttle (that we paid for) he told us it was full along with the one before it and the two after it, after a slight oh shoot moment from us and silence from him he finally advised that he could book an Uber for us if we really needed to be there then. Hard to believe an Assistant Manager acted the way he did and honestly even through the first time was great will probably explore other options next time due to the Assistant Managers attitude.
