Hunter Briard is very prompt in returning my calls and answering my questions about any project we plan to do. His crew is courteous, hardworking and even cleans up the work space/site nicely at the end of the day!

This guy is a hack!! Building a new home his top and bottom plates never met up with a stud they just sat in between studs. When bracing the walls in the garage he drove nails through the brand new concrete! Doors were installed out of level! The deck was built out of level! When I say out of level Im talking about 3-4 inches in a span of 15 feet. And two of the posts on the deck did not have concrete underneath them! Did not use cross bracing between the floor joists! Siding is falling off the walls A couple years after being built! Didnt leave spacers on the last cabinets in the kitchen on both sides so the drawers and doors could not open, they would hit the wall. The list goes on and on. Also there will be a ton of hidden fees at closing. !!!! If youre seeing good reviews its because they are friends and family who never really had work done by them!!!
