We stopped at their building to make an appointment weeks ago in regards to a remodel. Staff were very friendly and appeared to be knowledgeable so proceeded to make an appointment for onsite today. First, they showed up a day early which normally wouldnt be an issue, however, we dont live onsite so we were unable to meet with them. We took time away from work to be available for the appointment we made for today. They call us 3 minutes before our appointment and basically tell us they are too busy for the project and throw a bogus price without even knowing what we are looking for. Needless to say, they never showed up for the appointment. Extremely disappointed with RCH.

Shawn lost our information twice and continued to spell my husbands name wrong even after sending emails and texts back and forth. When working with the drafter; Shawn kept interjecting that everything we wanted was either going to be too much work or too expensive. We continued on with the process because we spent $2000 for the drawings. The bid came back extremely high with low quality materials. We took the drawings somewhere else and the bid came back $45,000 lower with high quality materials. After Shawn sent the bid, we never heard from him again, which is fine, but still not professional.

I would like to say how much I enjoyed working with Stacey Morris while we went through the building of our new home. This was our first time building a home which we decided on doing after we had toured a RCH open house. Working with Stacey was a lot of fun! I came in with my ideas and she saw my vision on the things I liked and was very helpful in reaching my goals from, flooring to furniture and every little thing in between. Even when she was on vacation she was still in contact with me sending information and pictures so I could continue to pick out items on our list. If I had any questions she was great at getting back to me during this whole process. When the time came for us to see the end result we were very happy and pleased on how everything turned out. I would definitely hire Stacey again to help with any remodel or design ideas.
