Since day one, Raymond and his team were on top of things. Every step of the way from purchasing the property, planning the build and during the entire construction process they were keeping us updated on where things were at and estimated time line for anything we asked about. In a year where there was a lot of uncertainty and tough to get some supplies, they still managed to finish the project in their projected time frame they told us, even with a couple of delays mixed in that were out of their control. The quality of product you can choose is solid and built with pride. The customer service was what we were most impressed with. With RCH, the customer was always right and treated like you were the only project they were working on, when in reality we knew they had several on their plate they were working on to finish. Raymond, Shawn & Mike were our main contacts and they were all awesome team players. To have our own designer part of the deal at no extra cost was so great too!
As a team they gave us great ideas on what would work in each part of the house based on our wants and in line with our budget.
We would recommend RCH Homes to anyone that might be even thinking about building or remodeling! We enjoyed our first experience with building a home with RCH. The entire team was very professional and easy to work with. Raymond was patient with us and helped guide us along the way. The design center was a HUGE help in the process on getting the right materials we wanted. We would highly recommend to anyone looking at building a home.
