If you want a business that wants to get on peoples nerves online and be rude and unprofessional and call people names online, then this is your place.

When Marsh Heating & Air Conditioning installed my new HVAC system, their installer nailed the furnace drain in a random zig-zag pattern of PVC all over on the basement floor and cut the outside PVC exhaust tube at a 45 degree angle. A person could stab them self if they fell. Scraps were thrown around the backyard. When their inspector came a saw it, he said Fine. They came out a second time. To start, I told them about the 45 degree pipe. They said that was standard and they had papers to show that. The resented employee messed with my toilet so it wasnt functioning properly. I would NEVER! hire them again.

Business Response on Google Feb 10th, 2024
John, we are sorry you are not satisfied with our installation. We do have pre and post installation pictures taken at the time of our installation. Your new 96% efficient furnace does require a drain line to the floor drain. Based on the position of your existing water heater, our installers were unable to run the drain line around the perimeter of the room. However, it is not placed in a random zig-zag pattern all over the basement floor. The outside PVC exhaust pipe is cut at a 45 degree angle which is recommended by the manufacturer and is standard practice in the industry to prevent condensation from freezing up the exhaust pipe during our typically harsh Minnesota winters. If you would prefer, we could cut the outside PVC exhaust pipe off straight. Our installers are meticulous and would never intentionally mess with someone’s personal property and they have no reason to resent you. Marsh Heating has been in business for nearly 50 years and we excel at quality and customer service. Typically, our reviews will indicate that. We have told you we are more than willing to come out and look at options for moving the drain line going to your floor drain that would better work for you but you have not allowed us access to your home. We are unable to satisfy your issues if you won’t allow us to work with you.
