Like always another extraordinary service done. We got a new system this year and it has run without a hiccup. Once again our favorite tech, Marcus, came out to do the maintenance on the system like always he is the only one we like to come out. The technician serviced our HVAC, after diagnosing the problem, he walked us through all of our options and did an outstanding job! He was on time, honest, trustworthy and was able to resolve our issue the first time. I highly recommend Apex Heating & Cooling for all of your HVAC needs!

Apex Heating & Cooling serviceman came out to figure out why a couple of registers were not producing heat. His crew came over and worked for 7 hours to run a gas line and were completely professional. They respected our floors and carpets and cleaned up afterwards. I work from home and was not disturbed throughout the job. Finally, they did an excellent job patching the drywall. Highly recommend this company and the professionals they employ. 5*****!!

Terrible experience. They must have lots of friends and family to leave 36 five star reviews and only one negative one. Read the reviews, they are clearly coached on what to say, I've never seen the name of a company repeated so many times. Anyway, here's my gripe. I called to schedule service for my commercial AC. The person I spoke with scheduled me for the next afternoon, which I thought was great! They also explained that they had a Home Service Plus option that I could pay for and save on future service fees and labor. I thought this was a good idea as I have a project coming up that will require HVAC work, so I signed up. The next day the Tech never showed up, and never called me to tell me that they weren't going to show up. I followed up with Home Service Plus (Apex's Partner) and they told me that a tech would show up the next day. The Tech showed up, looked at my system and never called me to tell me what was going on. I had to personally call him to ask him what he found out. he said that he got one AC unit working (which I appreciate) and that was it. When I asked him what the plan was to get the other units fixed, all he said was that I might need new thermostats. No attempt to offer ideas on what might actually be needed to fix the other two units (a chance for them to make money). After the first Tech's recommendation I called to schedule service to have new thermostats installed. I called and they scheduled me for Monday morning from 9:00-1:00PM. The Tech never showed and never called to say they weren't coming. I called Apex at 4:30PM to see what was going on. The representative said that they would have the Tech call me and give me an update. I never received a call. I got busy the next day and forgot to follow up with them again, but it didn't matter, because they didn't either. After that I called and requested a refund for my Home Service Plus and cancelled my request for service (that may not have existed in the first place). Service: HVAC system maintenance
