Jefferson Heating & Cooling Service

Chose these guys a year ago to upgrade our existing HVAC. They were professional and did not object to some on the fly customization. A year later they called me to ask if I wanted to sign up for twice a year maintenance to keep my warrant. Based on the time spent on the maintenance it appears to be money well spent. Would recommend them.

My Mother needed her A/C unit looked at, we have a get together tomorrow and no air! Jim came out in less than an hour after I had called to make appointment and we were just tickled. He was outgoing, professional and gets 5 stars. Great company. Fast service- reasonable price- highly recommend them. Now we don't have to reschedule our get together! Hurrah!

Steve and his team were incredibly communicative, professional & responsive in coordinating/scheduling my appointment short notice. It decided to snow in September & my thermostat was fried. He came out and not only answered all of my questions but made me feel comfortable with the process. I will be using Jefferson Heating & Cooling Service again.

Jefferson Heating & Cooling Service installed the new unit in my condo 2 years ago. They have serviced it ever since. I have been very pleased with their service. They're normally able to get to me very fast. And they're always very courteous. I highly recommend them.

I signed up for Jefferson Heating & Cooling Service HVAC maintenance plan to receive regular periodic maintenance and cleaning. Steve is a true professional who knows what it takes to keep your HVAC running at its peak. He does not cut corners and takes the time to explain what he's doing and why. He's also an upstanding guy and will treat your home, family, and pets with the utmost respect.
