They had us pull forward, they said because they had to make it fresh. When she finally brought out our Big mac, cheeseburgers and 1 fry, they were Barely Warm. What the heck? You said Fresh. Doesn't that mean Hot? We haven't been to McDonalds for a long time, for this exact reason. Food is Not hot!!! Bad Bad for business. We don't suggest anyone give them their business .
I still don't care for McDonalds. And the last time my husband stopped, he had a lap full of grease by the time he was done with his double quarter pounder. And that was thru 4 napkins and the box it came in! Gross....

So I tried to pay for the person behind me. I have never been told no I can have my card swiped twice. Sounds like a greedy company so I will spend my money elsewhere.

For the love God close this location. Missing sandwiches, fries look like the roller dogs at the gas station. The lobby is closed so you have to call about what's wrong with your order. The college drop out manager and the whole rest of the Crusty Crab Crew should be retrained and shown how to run a fast food restaurant.. Even Joe Biden would be lost for words. You can claim COVID all you want for a lack of service but there is a whole lot of laziness and lack of leadership going on here maybe..
