        Horrible management. Do NOT sign a lease here. 60 day notice makes it nearly impossible to get out. Very high turn over of residents. $1900/month for a two bedroom townhome/glorified apartment.

        Unfriendly, the lady working the office wouldn't tell me her name when I needed for a delivery signature.

        I called to get more information about the place and immediately the women who answer my call was absolutely rude and gave me no information. She immediately hung up the call on me when i was nothing but nice to her. The place might be a good area but living there with a disrespectful women being in charge will let me look other places.

        If you are looking for places to live, I highly advise you to NOT look at Hearthstone Apartments and Townhomes in Apple Valley. Ive never been more disrespected and dissatisfied in my life by the people running the place.. Absolute lack of professionalism in management and lack of care for their residents Gwen should be let go for her incompetence and targeting of residents I cant believe they let people like that run this placeabsolutely patheticThey threaten you, they dont give you direct answers, and retaliate against you. I cant in good conscience tell you to live here. Keep reading these reviews, you will see a clear pattern of severe disregard for solutions. I cant wait to move to our house in June!

      We appreciate your feedback Kelly. We aren’t sure what you mean by “Nearly impossible to get out”. Please review your lease agreement and contact us with any questions you may have so we can better assist you. We also have not had many residents move out due to the competitive pricing we offer, square footage of our apartments/townhomes and because we do provide an on site professional management team with accommodating office hours. We also been attempting to contact you with no response. Please contact us during regular business so we can go over your concerns.
