        There was water that froze over on my sidewalk near my front door. I had an appointment this morning and was afraid I would slip and fall on the ice. The maintenance guy(s) came shortly after my call to put salt down. I'm grateful knowing the staff are helpful and come as quick as they do. You are appreciated. THANK YOU!

        I have had numerous issues with my time here at the Springs, but lying about the date and time of my pre-moveout inspection and doing it when I WAS NOT HOME was the last straw. I no longer feel comfortable residing here when I know people will come into my apartment whenever with the excuse of 'messing up the dates'. I'm in the middle of packing for a trip as well as packing the apartment for my move, so I was working under the assumption that I could clean my apartment before the inspection when it was SUPPOSED to take place a week from now (AKA March 13th). On top of this, I now have no clue as to what I'm supposed to fix before I move out. Guess I'll get my deposit back regardless if I'm not made aware of the things I need to fix prior to move-out, right? The only thing that was left on my kitchen counter was a flyer to book and purchase a move-out service from the company.
