The app this complex uses to manage things such as paying your rent is atrocious. Link a bank account, have it verified, pay rent...nope, it will get kicked back and they have the audacity to charge a kickback fee and late fee on top, yet the problem stems from the app. So just get use to resident e-money orders and the time it takes to get that done. More concerning is the unit pricing, as of right now a 1 bedroom costing almost $1k. That price is absurd based on the fact that they want you to pay this without updating any of the appliances such as dishwasher or stove. I've been here for 5 years and it's just gotten worse.

Shovel the sidewalks. As soon as I walk out of my apartment Im slipping on frozen footprints and dog droppings. They tried to come with a snowblower 5 days after the storm and everything is stuck frozen. Make sure youre healthy and capable to go around obstacles if you live here. Never any lights in the hallways except one that comes on way late. I can barely see to put my key in the door.

Giving 2 stars only because maintenance is quick but this is literally the worst place Ive ever lived. Dont live here unless you need to quickly get on your feet but even then, be prepared for a high dte bill. I am so happy my lease is up soon because this place isnt it. Pros: -Fast Maintenance -Moderately priced rent (expect them to try to raise it a couple hundred bucks though) -Large apartment -Quiet Cons: -Apartment sinks & sink knobs were gross when I moved in. -Walls are paper thin -no hot water within 5 minutes of taking a shower or washing dishes -something breaks or stops working in my apartment every week. -dte bill always $200 and be prepared for random outages for hours. -$2 to use their washer and dryers which dont work great and look filthy at times.
