        I put in 7 maintenance requests on Friday and by Monday morning they were here. Fixed everything they could do and even fixed things I didn't put in for. They were clean and friendly. They were courteous in my home and wore things on their feet to protect the carpet. They spoke to me with kindness and were very professional. Thank you!

        Since 2022, manager Teresa vom Steeg has done an outstanding job. Several things I have brought to her attention she had handled with urgency and professionalism every time. The transition between her and the last manager has gone exceptionally well! As a result of her being brought to Turtle Cove, I have stayed for 2 renewals as I was planning on leaving before she got here. Whatever you can do to give her recognition for the outstanding job she has done, she surely deserves it. Please contact me if you have any questions.
