Don't fall for the move in quick price. You can hear your neighbors walls are thin. Mainenance will let themselves in. They will also kick your door if mainenance isn't done on their schedule and may neglect any needed till convient. If you want to hear your neighbors talk or flush a toilet possibly play games or watch football it's for you. As far as race mostly black but you may find others. Extremely pushy on pinching pet fees or any other fees and will be very strict on payment despite circumstance. I dont recommend moving here.and yes there has been rent increase and there is no gym and some of the washers don't event work and the towel racks break off the wall easy and some paint jobs are bad on the walls. And trash mainenance is only normal you take outside to the big can.bathrooms are normal bath/shower. Theres multi floors and there has been domestic abuse on diffent floors and you can smell what people cook for dinner.. And apprantly the cameras dont work they say and you will get other peoples mail consistently . there are a bunch of black kids and a couple other races where i am and a tiny corner park area for really small ones barely used. There is no extra amenities but maybe decent sized bedrooms but basically no privacy from the building or neighbors and all your calls are overheard. There is alot of fire alarms everywhere and carbon monoxide detectors. And you wil frequently hear when the mainenance vaccums and are not allowed a front door mat and if any neighbor leaves out trash they will not throw it away themselves for over 2 weeks and event if they did would likely charge the individual. Very money grubbing and can be very loud and rude place and also a likely spot for carjacking . Also the buzzer can be abused by anyone and your neighbors with kids may take it on themselves to buzz you instead of who they came for repeatedly till you go get them. Again would not recommend

Just a heads up... If you are seeking help with rent because you're behind, the complex is very clear once you are HERE, that they do NOT give out their tax ID information so that you can get help with Rent from the DHHS. I had to use a church instead for help with rent... The church gave the complex a SELF-ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE so that the CHURCH can have records for THEIR tax information that they helped me... The apartment complex REFUSED to fill it out for them. It sounds pretty shady to me moving into this place. I wish I knew then what I know now.. I'm glad I'm moving out!! I just want people to have a heads up. I know it would have been nice to know that ahead of me moving in that they do not accept help from the state or ANY organization that asks for tax ID. I don't know if this place is legit or not. It seems like it's not, like they're hiding stuff. RENT here at your own risk!! You've been warned.
