The hotel needs to be updated, getting old and tired. There is no free breakfast you need to purchase the breakfast. The breakfast was very expensive and the quality was not great. This hotel is not up to Marriott standards.

The room was filthy. We had to clean the cobwebs that were hanging over the bed. Dead bugs and just plain dirty in bathroom. Felt like only sheets and towels were changed between guests. The closet door fell off, strong overpowering pot smell in the evening. Love the location to family, the design of the rooms, and the friendly staff, but they need to actually clean the rooms. I'll think twice before going back.

I was in town for my mom's funeral and the staff was so kind to me. They sent me a candy basket, cards signed by the entire staff working at the time and balloons. I couldn't believe they did that for me.

If your a typical Mariott Courtyard customer don't expect your last stay to be similar to this place. Our room had a exploded soda up the wall and on the ceilings. Beds didn't have sheets and the hotel ran out of TP even though a Sam's club is less than 200yds away. Staff was lazy, I got a free water because the clerk didn't want to get up from their seat. Staying at one of the several hotels around this one would be a better idea.
