Good service, clean, right up to all HIE standards. Hockey group was noisy into the night but management was responsive. They can't really control that sort of thing and it happens if you travel a lot

Watch your credit card after a stay here. Getting 100 charges at this hotel a month after my stay. I called them and they werent helping me. Called my bank canceled card tagged as fraud. I wont go here anymore.

Do not stay at this hotel. There was nothing but trouble from the moment we walked into the hotel. When we entered the room, the floor by the room entrance was sticky, which I cleaned because our shoes were sticking to the floor. The carpets were stained, random stickers on the wall, a faint beeping sound in the wall and there were parts of the drywall flaking off. From there, the TV was not working, and two people including Maintenance came to our room four times to try to fix the problem, which was ultimately not fixed. To entertain the kids for the evening, we took them to the pool. Within an hour in the pool, my children were crying because all three had developed rashes from the murky pool water. We ran them into the bathroom in our room to shower them and noticed pubic hair in the corners of the bathroom floor and black mold in the ceiling of the shower. All of these items were mentioned to the manager on duty, who offered us a smaller room and a bit of a discount for the TV problem. We ended up leaving the hotel and going somewhere else that night. I tried to call the day manager, Hannah, and left her a message to call me, but she has yet to do so.

The room was nice and very clean. Staff members were pleasant. The only downside is the floors are soooo thin. I heard EVERY footstep of the guests above me. Even worse, they had a rambunctious child. If I stay here again, I will request a room on the top floor to prevent having to listen to footsteps all hours of the day/night.
