      image The pharmacy opens at 9 am. I called at 9:27 am and was on hold for 20 mins as different staff members kept clicking over to continue the hold... Extremely frustrating when trying to receive information on a much needed prescription. Let's try calling again...

      image Rite Aid Pharmacy employee, Abraham, called another co-worker to the drive- thru window, while he was still conducting my medical transaction. Abraham showed him something on the screen and they both laughed. I am changing pharmacist. My privacy has been violated.
