I'm not sure about the dynamics of this store,but I do know I spoke to someone over the phone around 11:30 this morning who stated she'd be too busy to go to the back of the store to retrieve my online order. I was told by an employee Sunday (two days ago) that my order was being brought to the front. I understand being short-staffed, but it is the manager's job to insure the store is properly staffed. I'm thankful I didn't spend at least 30 minutes of drive time today during my LUNCH HOUR only to be told no one has time to retrieve my online order. It appears this place has been like this for years if you read a lot of these reviews. Sad.

Whatever happened to "good" not even "great" Customer Service? This location rates -0 if that is even possible. I walked up to the register with an associate standing there who made eye contact and never greeted or stated I will be with you nothing!, after 5 minutes she just walks away and goes to the back, comes back and literally threw the box on the counter for the other customer who was standing there, then without any greeting still, she ask do you want to buy that?, I advised my reason for coming in now there are two of them tag teaming me regarding an order, needless to say I left without purchasing anything! I get it Customer Service is not easy because of dealing with all type of people and personalities, but the associates should not bring the Major Attitude, as if they are being asked to do something more than their job! I can definitely spend my $$'s someplace that values their customers. I will not be going back to this location!!!
