Great quality clothes at a reasonable price. I always buy online and pick up here, to save an extra 15%. This also ensures that I can get the right sizes. The pickup process is kind of clunky, but that is not the fault of the employees. Seems to be a very paper based and messy corporate process. The employees are helpful and friendly, but I wish (for their sake especially) That the buy-online-pickup-in-store process was quicker and smoother.

Poor customer service. I called before going out to make sure I could exchange my items. They told me I needed a receipt in order to exchange for a different item or I'd have to get the same thing in a different size IF they have it in stock. I drive an hour there to get there with 2 babies under 2 and they tell me Its an online order so they can only return to original card...which was a gift so I didn't have the card. Would not do store credit wouldn't let me exchange claiming some items they didn't carry. My mother n law called the district manager they told us I can't get merchandise credit so I went back in and they claimed they needed to speak to their DM and no one called them. I've never heard of a store not even allowing store credit, tags were on, I mean I even had a receipt terrible customer service I will NEVER shop this company. Wasted my time and gas driving to the closest location an hour there and an hour back. Worthless.
