        Would have loved to have been told that having my jeans altered by their store would void my ability to return them. They were not altered to my liking and now I'm stuck with an awfully tailored pair of $200 jeans. Update: they took the jeans back and are sending a replacement pair.

        Poor customer service - I had a return of an item that Id changed my mind about. The salesperson accused me of having worn the item (I had not, other than to try it on) and of having taken off and out back on the price tag (absolutely had not). She was not going to let me return it, until I got angry with her.
