        Had an appointment at 9:30 AM for repair. I showed up at 8 AM instead. I was willing to wait. Service told me that they may get to diagnosis but were not sure if they were going to get it repaired until the following week. Service later added that they are super busy and that they are still playing catch-up from earlier in the week. I guess Lincoln of Troy has yet to learn the meaning of an appointment! Service: Engine repair
