I called Troy because my van broke down 1 mile from their shop, they tow, and they do transmissions. They came quickly. They very kindly didn't charge me for towing. They diagnosed my problem quickly. They set proper expectations about cost, timeline, and potential snags. I would use them again, although I do have sticker shock at the cost of repairs.

Took my 2008 Milan in because the ABS light had been on for 6 weeks. They told me it was not on when they pulled it in but that I needed an air filter. They changed that. When I picked the car up, the engine light was on. Had to go back in to tell them. They sent a tech out. The Cover on the air filter was not on correctly. They fixed that. This stopped the engine light, I pulled away with the ABS light still on.

I really wish there was an option for 0 stars. The worst repair shop service I have ever recieved. I dropped my truck off on Wednesday, February 23 for a battery/electrictal issue. It had to be either a bad connection, bad battery or an alternator going out. The did a decent job with a fuse issue 4 days earlier so I thought I would bring it back just to have them look it over, worst mistake ever! The truck sat for 5 days with it "only being drove " to fix a ride ability problem, which I never requested. When I called on Monday, February 28 to see what was going on, they said that they put gas in it, because it was low, but the gas gauge was inaccurate and they never called to verify, but besides driving the truck around they had not really looked at the truck. Finally after a whole week they called on Wednesday, March 1 to say that they put some carb cleaner and drove it around and it drives fine. That's when for the 5th time I told them that it was not brought in for driving it was brought in for a battery issue and wasn't sure what driving the truck had to do with a battery/connection issue. When. I picked up the truck today, after claiming the issue was fixed I got home to find out that nothing is better, that truck has massive issues still starting. They never called to update me on anything, put gas in that I never approved, and caused me a massive inconvenience with having to rent vehicles to move because they wasted time repairing a simple thing, let alone it not being fixed. The worst service I have ever experienced, please do not use this location, absolutely pathetic, the only they did was put more miles on my truck Service: General repairs & maintenance
