        Purchased a *used* 2021 Ford F-150 4X4 XLT 302 A package end of Dec 23. Spouse actually coordinated the purchase. Wish I had been there. Spouse "thinks" he was told oil was "recently changed" (28K miles) prior to purchase. NO INFO FROM DLR ON PAPERWORK, NO STICKER IN WINDSHIELD WITH OIL CHANGE INFO. INTERIOR *REEKS* DISGUSTINGLY OF STALE CIGARETTE/CIGAR SMOKE WITH A CHEAP, PINE AIR FRESHENER OVERSPRAY IN A LAME (CHEAP!!) ATTEMPT TO COVER-DOWNRIGHT GROSS!! I'M QUITE SURE THERE ARE MORE EFFECTIVE, LESS OFFENSIVE MEANS TO TRY TO ERADICATE THAT DISGUSTING SECOND HAND SMOKE SMELL--BUT IT WOULD COST THEM MORE. VISIBLE STAINING ON THE DRIVER'S CLOTH SEAT--LOOKS LIKE SWEATY OR SUNBLOCK-SLATHERED BACK--AGAIN, GROSS!! HAIR, DUST AND DEBRIS BETWEEN PLASTIC MEDIA/FOOD TRAY/WORKSURFACE AND STORAGE CONSOLE (BENCH SEAT). DEBRIS (SPOTS/SPLOTCHES) ON REARVIEW MIRROR, DRIVER'S DOOR ARM REST, DRIVER'S DOOR PANEL, DASH INFO SCREEN AND NAVIGATION SCREEN--LOOKS LIKE PRIOR OWNER, LEASEE OR SOMEONE SNEEZED/COUGHED ALL OVER EVERYTHING. WAS THIS TRUCK EVEN DETAILED??? I DOUBT IT-- OR YOU'RE PAYING A DETAIL CREW TO DO NOTHING!! HAD I SEEN THIS TRUCK IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A HARD "NO SALE" FROM ME. THOROUGHLY DISGUSTING. As a side note to FMC: it is absolutely rediculess to have to refer to an on-line owner's manual, especially regarding all the tech set up. Not all of us are tech savvy. At least give us a "quick start" guide or basic set up. Huge props to the kind souls who share their info on You Tube.
