The staff, particularly the manager Cindy, are the most professional and experienced staff I have ever worked with.
They patiently helped me through a difficult transaction that another KAY store shrugged off and refused to help further. Cindy and her staff expertly handled the situation and turned this nightmare into an amazing trade-in opportunity for my wife and I.
As convenient as it is, online retail is killing this in-person experience. This store and it's staff have more than convinced me that nothing can replace the personal touch that a well-trained team provides.

Took my grandmothers wedding ring to Kays to have it sized for me. After talking with Cindy and not being able to make up my mind if I wanted to keep the ring the way it was or turn it into something different, she suggested changing the ring, and put my daughters birthstone in place of the diamond. Im so happy she did! I absolutely love my ring!!! Will definitely be back!! Thanks again Cindy!
