Crooks! Stay away! Don't purchase form this location or highland park location. Tim Mcpartlin (regional supervisor) has to be the worse human being i have ever done business with. Communication is great up until they get your money. Tim blames me for his mechanics lying on maintenance report and is telling me repairs need to be fixed on my dime even though i purchased a warranty and the mechanics admitted they lied on report. Stay away from this location and TIm McPartlin. Penske would never!!

Good company , bad people.I recommend going to another location but if you cant, dont do any business with Lon Williams or Tim McCurt. They are not men of their word. They will tell you they are here to help but when that time comes , the communication gets poor and they renege on their promises to help the customer. They put the blame on each other and when I ask for Tim supervisor or manager (so I can make a complaint )he refuses to give me the information. The warranty company has also reached out to Tim and he refused to give it to them also, because he doesnt want his dirt to get to the bosses. Please save yourself the headache and stress. Tim and Lon are not for the customers and gives the company a bad name .
