VERY RUDE to my husband today. The man that worked there drove through the parking lot in a big truck like a maniac because he thought my husband was parked in a no parking zone. (He wasn't) Then when he got out of the truck, my husband asked if he was OK. The man quickly snapped and after a couple of words between them, he told him to go elsewhere for his propane refill. Don't worry dude, we will! To top it off, the guys that were renting the truck that he drove through the parking lot like a maniac, had issues with him being rude to them too. I will be letting everyone know how rude because this isn't the first time we've had issues there.

Horrible customer service, had an appointment made for 2 weeks, they never called to tell us they never got the part in so we made all the arrangements to drop our truck off just to find out they couldn't do the work. Will never use uhaul again.
