      image The people behind the desk are incredibly nice and accommodating. Our needs changed and they adjusted without question or penalties. It was nice to encounter people that care about treating people kindly.

      image SAFETY ISSUE There was no seatbelt for the passenger. The shorter strap had fallen back below the seats and we could not get it back up to use. My wife had to travel with no seat belt. VERY VERY BAD. GET THIS FIXED!

      image I do not recommend them at this location. First rental great. Second and third awful. Charges extra $600 on second rental. Charged extra on third rental and the manager here deflated the tire with no warning. Was lied to about being able to choose if I wanted insurance or not on it. And refused to refund money for time I did not use the uhaul.
