5-Stars to BROOK! Wow, I drove all over the Detroit area to find the best match for limestone tile patch in an existing floor. I was at literal wit's end. Brook went to great lengths to help me, more so than anyone I had already worked with, and then when I came in today, she and Dan went through individual tiles to help find the best matches for me. Absolutely excellent customer service! I would drive from Ann Arbor again just to work with them. A heartful thank you!

I want to express my thanks to Chris and Dan for the excellent service that I received at Emser Tile recently. Both of them went out of their way to assist me in choosing the right flooring for my home. I was a customer a couple of years ago when I wanted tile for my bathroom and was so impressed with their customer service that I returned recently to pick out new flooring for the rest of my home. When shopping around at other tile companies I did not like the condition of their showrooms and displays. Emser Tile, by far, has the most impressive, elegant and CLEAN displays and showroom. After choosing my flooring they helped me find an installer to lay it. He did a fantastic job! Thank you for recommending Vito Vitale. Again, thank you Chris and Dan for a wonderful experience. I will recommend Emser to all my friends and family. Great job!
