Overpriced and terrible quality. They only get the second star because my customer service experience was top notch. I could find tile at half their price, and don't enjoy paying $32 for a tube of colored caulk. It's okay for tile to be expensive... if it is really high quality. I expect better than sheets with missing tiles, chipped glaze (5 places on one sheet!!!) and poorly constructed tiles with faces that fall right off and leftover artifacts from factory cutting that need to be addressed for the sheets to line up beside each other. Very very unimpressed. Worse than Home Depot tile quality. Said it was inspected for quality too. Maybe the blind guy shouldn't be the one doing quality control in back.

Just recently picked up more tile from this business. This will be my fourth time getting supplies from them. This time Mary helped me and she was wonderful and very patient. I have never had any problems with the employees.
