This company was very professional. The men that installed our laminate countertop were very friendly and professional. I took one point away because it took a little longer than anticipated and the timeline wasn't explained to us. Overall I am happy with the outcome. I recommend this company.

Called and requested a estimate for installing countertops. I gave them rough measurements over the phone So they could at least provide a basic estimate as a baseline of cost. We exchanged a couple of emails but once I stated lets move forward with the job they stop responding. Terrible customer service.

We called for an estimate on a kitchen countertop. They said they didn't have any samples and recommended a wholesale granite company to view samples. We did that and made our choice. Granite company was supposed to send choice to Phoenix. We never heard back from anyone, so went with another company that did call back. Many past experiences with Phoenix have always been good. Don't know what happened this time.
