I wouldnt give them a star at all they sold me a lemon and I just bought this car from them and 5 days after buying the car it had issues called them and told me I shouldve took it to auto zone to check it out which was not know that it was ok to do that. And then told me I can file a grievance sent him the info he asked for and he would send me a copy of the grievance of course I didnt get that. But I will be taking a step further for them to return my money because I am a mother that has to get her kids back and fourth to school. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone because they know what their doing up there and the crazy part they have the black man scamming his people for them, sad.

Four years ago, I bought Aura 2009 from Brookfield and it is still running perfectly and last month I bought a second vehicle, Traverse for my wife -in an excellent condition. Next year, i am planning to replace the Aura with a similar (4 cylinders) from them. Very nice staff. They sell used vehicles without any major problems.
