THIS HAS BEEN THE MOST STRESSFUL AND WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! After taking our truck in for a transmission, under warranty, we were without a vehicle for almost 2 months. No one offered a loaner or to cover the cost of car rental. There was lack of adequate communication informing us of the process. You call and no one has answers. Finally getting truck battery dies, later finding out there were issues during the work process that tech failed to inform management or us. In an effort to smooth things over company did replace battery free of charge BUT now issues are popping up that were not there before taking car in for repair. So now 2 weeks later and the check engine light is on again! Obviously truck has to return back for repair. Hope it will not be another 2 months again! Hope communication and service will be more professional, starting with Snethkamp providing a loaner for duration of repairs and be honest about first repair experience. Promise to return with update on this experience.
