Wow. I have to say, after months of used car shopping and getting sick and tired of junkers, overpriced, poorly repaired salvage vehicles, sellers who either never responded or were high pressure and not up front about vehicle conditions, Sam at Nextcar Auto was a breath of fresh air!
This young man is zero-pressure, up front and completely honest. He will work with you on pricing, is very responsive(even though he's juggling multiple deals at once, all over text, no less!) and just an overall great, down to earth guy.
We found a rebuilt 2017 Ford Fusion(the exact car my daughter had hoped we'd find all along). This thing was "blue booked" much higher than what he sold it to us for. This makes sense though since it was in a wreck and had been restored. He shared the VIN and I was able to pull up the salvage pictures to see exactly what had been damaged(Which he proactively had already shared this info with me). Test drove great, body lines are all consistent so it appears to be repaired very well. Sam was encouraged that I wanted to take this car to my mechanic, met me several times at his office to coordinate things and was very open and honest about everything. I can't really speak for the overall dealership he works for because I worked with Sam out of his office in Canton. But he was a fantastic guy to meet and work with through this entire process. Needed some tires - came down on price. Offered to detail and wash the car before final pick up(and the inside was already super clean!) and he even got us a second key FOB(expensive!) and ordered a missing cap for the driver's side seat adjustment control.
