        Scheduled an appointment to upgrade my phone, arrived early as instructed in the text message, no one even spoke to me for 30 minutes past my appointment time so not really sure what the point of scheduling an appointment is. Multiple staff were sitting around texting, wandering aimlessly around the store and chit chatting with each other. Finally I get called and they tell me they can't help me and that I need to call customer service - all I wanted to do was find out what the current upgrade offers are so I'm still trying to figure out what was wrong that they couldn't help me. Whole place reeks of weed, like not a little but smells like someone was smoking in the back room
