I ordered a 65$ body wash online , it came damaged went to the store to replace it , they ordered one for me and shipped . In a couple days the tracking says delivered but I did not receive it .
Tried calling customer service - they never transfer you to an agent keep putting you on hold - tried texting every 2 mins a new agent comes and asks for your details - annoyed at this called the store - they blatantly said they cant help me .
Its not 5$ its 65$ and they cant get me what I ordered.
RIDICULOUS!!
Never will order stuff from here.
