evening of 9/11/23 super helpful, was knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Managed the balance between helping customers check out, and shoppers asking questions flawlessly. Positivity all the way! They should be promoted! There was a literal gathering of polite customers crowding the hair color isle awaiting the advice of the divine.

The people who work here have more knowledge than reddit when it comes to hair color and that's saying a lot. The people there are very attentive to guests and answer each question with detail and intuition rather than saying 'it's right there'. Both the times I've come in to go from pink to white-ish blue/silver I have only got amazing reccomendations when asking/confirming my ideas on every step of the bleaching/toning process. Very passionate workers and a great selection.

I have gone to this location a few times now. Theo and Emmett are AMAZING. They helped me find the best products that work for my hair seeing as how I have wavy/curly hair and they even break down the benefits of the ones they knew and used. It helps so much speaking with people who have experienced some of the brands and they helped highlight qualities of these items that I wouldnt even think of until after dyeing my hair at home. They make the experience so genuine and theyre so helpful. Today, Emmett and Reid helped me find the shade of red I was looking for and even explained the different tones I might see from different products. I am so grateful to have been helped by such amazing staff. They definitely made the experience so much easier as I probably would have stood in the isles for such a long period of time trying to figure the brands out myself. They always walk up and ask if I need help or have questions and make it a point to let me know that they will be on a certain side of the store if I do need help. I love this location and staff! Big shout out to Emmett, Theo, and Reid you guys made my experience at this location way better than I expected.
