This is NOT a queer friendly store!! Shame on them! My partner was in picking out cologne and the sales associate said, Oh youre not in the right section. You will find what you need in the womens section! Rude, nasty, cruel, and beyond everything else, extremely unprofessional. It does not matter if me, a cis gendered woman wants to buy mens or womens cologne or a trans woman wants to buy womens cologne. Who cares?! Why was it this associates place to tell anyone what section to buy cologne from?! In fact, numerous designers have made gender neutral cologne. There is no place for this kind of behavior or in my opinion an attack on someone in the queer community to be tolerated. Shop Sephora or even a department store before going somewhere that will hire individuals such as the one here. Again, shame on them!

Olivia really made my day! She helped me find my foundation. She didnt t rush me. Olivia and her team made me feel really comfortable. I was super nervous this was my first time walking into Ulta Beauty! Olivia truly rock, I will always return.

This store was clean and the staff were friendly. But I felt like the girl "helping" me was helping me spend as much money as possible rather than helping me get the items I actually needed.
Update: went to another store, was asked what I needed and was helped to those products. Some suggestions were made in different price ranges and nothing pushy. Great visit.
