Journeys Kidz

There was a woman there with short blonde curly hair that I have discovered is a manager at this location. She was extremely rude and declined our service. My daughter is able to wear both womens and kids shoes. The employees at the other journeys in the mall was very helpful and suggested I return the shoes I had purchased online for my daughter at the other (childrens) store as we couldnt find a pair to exchange at the adult store. When I went to the the childrens journeys I was greeted by the manager and attempted to explain our issues. Her response was were a kids store we dont sell womens shoes I attempted to explain why we needed to be serviced there as she repeated herself over and over until we left the store. I returned to the adult journeys and completed my return and was unable to purchase or view options for my daughter a pair of shoes as a result of her foul attitude and lack of customer service. This should be addressed

Love the shoes & the prices are very reasonable...sales are great. But, and I say this being the least judgemental person in the world, some employees look like they rolled out of bed from a cot in the back. Literally. Considering it's a shoe store, this particular employee had the most disgusting Van's on!

Place was a bit of a mad house the staff being less than helpful doesn't help the insanity. Knew exactly was I needed when I walked in but it took 5 minutes to get assistance and another 10 for them to find it. But I was able to get what was needed and be on my way.
