Torrid

The store was pretty quiet, only one other customer in the store. I walked around the store for 25 minutes, I had an item in hand, and no one greeted me, gave any eye contact or anything. I walked out. I loveTorrid, I normally shop at the Farmington location, but I wanted to see if the other location had anything different. This is a little further out of my way, so Im pretty disappointed with the total experience. I rarely ever leave without buying something, not here, not today.. I guess Ill go check out Maurices..

I meant to write this review sooner, my apologies. I went to the Novi location on Monday, January 29th. This location is near my work so after a long work day, bra shopping was at the bottom of my list but I needed to get it done. There were two ladies working, they were both so helpful especially Micheale. I needed a bra for a wedding I'm standing up in and to update my other bras. She helped me find the perfect one for my dress and helped me find some others in the size I needed. I really appreciate the time she spent on helping me and I will go out of my way to go to that location when I need additional clothing items. Thank you, Micheale.
