Without a doubt He's your man! Over the years I have used Paul for several transactions both as a seller and a buyer. Over those years I have learned that he is not only motivated but also highly trustworthy. Not the kind of agent that rubs you the wrong way. I also cannot say enough about the team of professionals he has assembled to aid throughout the process. Top notch all the way! After hearing other people's realtor stories, I know that I have always made the right choice in choosing Paul.

He lied, didnt educate his client on what was in the contract and must stay, and ultimate screwed over the buyer to benefit the seller. I recently purchased a house and he was representing the seller. The contract said all appliances stay which included two fridges that were in the house. One fridge was probably purchased in the last few years and upon receiving the keys (which was 10 days after closing), the fridge was missing. When I asked about it, he said there wasnt one. Then after a few days of radio silence, I inquired again and all of a sudden they realized it went to NC. Told them it needed to be sent back and he told me to go buy a 300 fridge on FB because it would cost over 1K to send it back. Eventually lead to me getting a lawyer that told me to pursue something like this would cost 5000 so it wasnt even worth the hassle.

Our family has worked with Paul over the years. He has great communication skills and genuinely worked in our best interests. We bought a home with some land, saw the market in our Twin Pines sub was strong for lots that had some space. Paul's plan started with professional photography, did an open house and the results were outstanding. Paul drove an offer 10,000 over asking price and when it came time for inspection concerns, stood firm in our corner. I would recommend Paul to anyone and would be happy to work with him again...needless to say, we highly recommend Paul and his team!
