Emilie helped me in all the phases of selling my house. She gave me advice on how to get the best value out of the money I spent to fix it up, and let me know which updates were the most wanted, and which would be the best value. Even after I moved out, she did last minute cleaning up and little touches to add to the look of the home for the open house. Emilie told me the pros and cons of pricing the house high or low, and gave me the choice of how to price it. I am very satisfied with her guidance in the entire process. My house sold for $50,000 over asking price, with 14 offers during the open house.
