Dan made the experience of selling my home easy and as stress free as possible. The pictures he had taken of the home were top notch and something that other realtors may make the seller pay for themselves. I would recommend him to anyone selling a home, even if you think you already have a realtor picked out. He was always available to answer my questions and went above and beyond what his responsibilities technically were as a selling agent. I had a situation that required help moving an item out of the house the day of closing and my previous help fell through, and Dan quickly volunteered to meet me and help out. Just an all around honest and good person.

Dan Hedges is very very good at his job. He is very personable, very diligent and highly committed to selling my home. Easy to speak with and he does exactly what he says he will do. Dan is an excellent realtor and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home.
