This branch is a joke. My grandson refinanced his student loans in to his ownname when he became a adult because he needed a cosigner at 17 when he started college. They duplicated his paper work meaning on paper has has double loans. The branch continues to say it will be fixed in a couple more days, yet during this time he is bombarded with collections calls which are weighing heavily on his well-being. This has gone on for months with no resolution.

My son applied for a STUDENT loan in August 3rd 2023 and they FINANCED him incorrectl. Citizens terrible banking unprofessionals strapped my young adult son with AN EXTRA LOAN PAYMENT. Nonsense and shame on you all Citizens Wanna be Bank employees.....tisk tisk all this undue mental stress your payment department is calling my son ONCE A DAY to collect a payment for a loan that doesn't exist! Get it together loan department, member services and collections HELLOOOOOOOO READ HIS NOTES IN YOUR COMPUTER and save your breath by FIXING YOUR MISTAKES. This is unheard of.....until now right? You know his name Novi Michigan wannabe professional loan department....and if ya dont....check with your other incompetent Novi, MI location. Once the problem, hardships financially and other ways and also not to mention the undue stress.....once you have just simply take the act of integrity and fixes your mistake will I delete mine and many others will or may delete their onions.
