I honestly would recommend this bank especially if you are African American. I went here to open a business bank account. Had all of my paperwork and Agi Sudo told me she would need an approval and it would take up to a week. I never knew who or what the approval was for but I didnt question it because I thought those were the requirements for opening up a business bank account, so she told me she would call me when she has an answer on the approval. After doing research and talking to a family friend that referred me to PNC bank, I was told that I shouldve got my business bank account the same day. I was very furious and upset that the banker made it seem like those were the requirements for everybody. When Agi called me back after a week, she said she got an approval and I told her that I found out I shouldve got my business account the same day, she said her manager was not in and thats who she had to get the approval from. But I expressed to her why wasnt I told that when I came in? Because I couldve just went somewhere else? She apologized. But in the end I feel like I was racially profiled. And I wouldnt want anyone to experience what I went through.
