Huntington Bank

I walked in and sat down because I want to talk to someone. Now where you are seated it's infront of the offices so they can see you sitting the. The first office a guy was in there no one was in there with him, the second was a lady she had a client in there. The 3 office also had a lady which she had a client. But the both of them came out of their office, not 1 time did they acknowledge me sitting there.. so the lady in the second office client was done she still didn't acknowledge me. So I got up after a half hour wait and said something she looked like a deer in head lights when I said something. The Teller apologized, I told him I have other banks I can go to. I'm gonna close my account at Huntington they have gotten so bad now.

Can't write a 0 star review, but they're very unprofessional. My fianc came in to deposit a large check. She doesn't drive due to disability and was asked many unrelated personal questions. She was also told she couldn't wait in the lobby an hour and a half before closing so she can get a lyft ride home. The absolute worst and most unprofessional customer service you can receive.

My wife and I are treated great whenever we come here. The staff cares and are well educated.
