        My twin and I came in to have a couple lights replaced on our vehicle and we were met with kindness, honesty, and a reasonable price! Scott made us feel so comfortable and seen! No secrets, no surprises, just good honest work!

        I took my vehicle in for new tires now I my hub bearing/ bearing need replacement. The test driver also moved everything in my vehicle that is possible all mirrors,seat, steering wheel. I also was up charged because it was bad weather that day. I will never come here again any Firestone.

        The staffs at this store are supper friendly and nice. However, when coming to their vehicle diagnose and repairing services, I have to give them a bad review. I have the impression that they just have advanced technology tools to read code and no further capacity to do deep diving into vehicle issues (though they charged diagnose charge for sure). I spent a quite a big bill and brought my vehicle to them three times for the same problem, but the vehicle problem was not solved. And based on CEL code (after researching, learned that this code can be triggered by many facts, but they did not do deep diagnose). they gave me a further recommended service of more than $3000 that no one can be sure it will solve the problems. Honestly, for services like oil change, tire rotation and repair, i would recommend going there. However, for complex tech problems, i would stay away from them.

        I've been going here for a couple years exclusively now, bc I've been so impressed with this shop and it's people. Scott is an very friendly guy, full of knowledge. Remembered me from a year ago. This isn't like going to Belle tire or Midas or something like that. This is an extremely professional shop that knows absolutely everything there is to know about your vehicle. Will never go anywhere else, even another Firestone. Thanks guys
