        The person I spoke to did not relay the information of what I wanted them to do to my vehicle correctly, so it took nearly 2 hours to change two tires, patch one and balance all 4. Then, when I tried to use my FIRESTONE CREDIT CARD, we tried 3 times then called the credit card company and those idiots just kept wanting me to read them every bit of information that it would take to steal my identity ALOUD in the middle of a busy auto shop in order to make sure that I am who I say I am... The service was trash. Your credit card company handling your credit cards is trash... ...and I didn't even get to save the 5% on my card because I had to use another credit card anyway.

        Can't recommend this location enough. They, like all, aren't perfect, but they own their service and stand by it. I've given them free reign to rack up a bill on services before and they've come back to me recommending other options, or advising me it isn't needed. They are truly professional, and they want you to leave happy and come back confident. You can trust them.
