Came home to a flooded basement due to a sump pump failure on Christmas Eve. I called Fergusons and was surprised someone answered on a holiday. Shirley was great and had the guys over within 2 hours with all their drying equipment. Jim was also great and knowledgeable and had us dry within 48 hours.
