While they specialize in cleaning carpets they were able to send a specialist to repair some carpet damaged by my dog. Did a great job! Friendly, ontime, set clear expectations.

We were selling our father's home and the carpet was old, stained, and needed to be stretched before showings. We knew that there was hard wood underneath the carpet and were selling "as is". When they came out to do an estimate, I was surprised that he (I'm sorry that I don't know the man's name) said that he would not spend the money to stretch or clean the carpet, because the new owners would want to pull it up anyway. I asked whether I should pull it up before the showings, but he said to save my time and effort, since we didn't know the condition of wood. We were SO grateful for his honesty, even when it meant that they didn't make money on the carpet! I promised to share the word about what a great company Carpet Clinic is! They have very reasonable rates and EXCELLENT service! Please give them a call!!
