This company Is trash I do not recommend them to anyone the office personnel is very disrespectful and the technicians are lazy as I don't know what don't waste your money

Totally unprofessional and entirely dissatisfactory. I called two weeks in advance to set up an appointment to get my carpet cleaned, I wanted to go with a small business as opposed to a big company so I thought they were the best option. The receptionist booked me for a 12-3 time slot and the day of I get a call at 7:30 saying I was booked for 8-10 and the man was on his way, I was not home and had to scramble. Once I had someone home the man sets up to clean the carpets and soon comes down saying something is wrong with the van and he will have to come back at noon. My boyfriend and I sat around waiting for him to come back or call either of us. I called the man 5 times between 12 and 5 and called the company several times. Nobody bothered to answer or return my calls even though they were supposed to be open until 5.
